Key Responsibilities Source new clients for home loan products through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business. Conduct financial analysis of clients to determine their eligibility for home loan products. Explain home loan products, features, interest rates, and documentation requirements to clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch-level business growth. Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Desired Candidate Profile : 0-1 years of proven experience in Home Loan Sales or a related field (e.g., mortgage loans, real estate, banking). Strong knowledge of home loan products and documentation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good negotiation and customer service skills. Familiarity with the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.
