Position: Personal Assistant Responsibilities: Manage daily schedules and coordinate appointments. Handle emails and phone calls. Prepare for and follow up on meetings. Plan and book travel arrangements and accommodations. Manage office supplies and maintain inventory. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Required Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Tech-savvy with knowledge of project management tools. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability. Professionalism and a professional appearance. Qualifications: Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a personal assistant are a plus. Flexibility to work flexible hours and be available for urgent tasks.
