Job Description Site Supervisor - Keshavanagar Mundhawa - Que 914 Site Key Responsibilities Site Management : Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that the project progresses according to the approved plans and timelines. Team Supervision : Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Safety Compliance : Implement and enforce safety regulations to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and eliminate potential hazards. Quality Control : Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards. Inspect work to verify compliance with design specifications and rectify any deviations promptly. Resource Management : Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction team, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of daily activities, attendance, and incidents. Prepare and submit reports as required by project managers or regulatory authorities. Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track. Time Management : Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Technical Proficiency : Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
