Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales, provide product information, and support customer needs. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to meet those needs. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system. Attend daily or weekly team meetings. Share feedback from customers with management. Report progress and sales numbers to the team leader/supervisor. Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software).
