Ltd through strategic initiatives. Appoint and nurture a strong network of distributors to ensure effective market penetration. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and goals within assigned territories. Establish, maintain, and expand a loyal and growing customer base . Provide dedicated support and services to meet the needs of existing customers . Explore and implement diverse routes to market to create new business avenues. Design and execute innovative sales strategies to drive higher volumes and profitability. Personally manage key major customer accounts , where required. Gather and evaluate customer feedback and conduct market research for strategic insights. Meet regional sales and financial objectives by forecasting demand, preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating timely corrective actions.
