Job Role: We are hiring staff for our new grocery store franchise. Your main responsibilities will include: Selling grocery items to customers. Talking politely and helpfully with walk-in customers. Handling basic computer operations. Receiving and processing online orders from e-commerce platforms. Managing product details and checking stock via the system. Working in rotational shifts as per store requirements. Requirements: Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of computers (e.g., how to check emails, use simple software, browse online orders). Willingness to learn and handle different tasks in the store. Knowledge of local language preferred. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required. नौकरी का विवरण: हमारी नई ग्रोसरी शॉप फ्रेंचाइज़ी के लिए स्टाफ की आवश्यकता है। आपकी मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ होंगी: ग्राहकों को ग्रोसरी सामान बेचना। दुकान पर आने वाले ग्राहकों से विनम्रता से बात करना और उनकी मदद करना। कंप्यूटर का बुनियादी ज्ञान होना चाहिए। ई-कॉमर्स वेबसाइट से आने वाले ऑर्डर को देखना और उसे प्रोसेस करना। सिस्टम के माध्यम से स्टॉक चेक करना और प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी अपडेट करना। रोटेशनल शिफ्ट में काम करने के लिए तैयार रहना। आवश्यकताएँ: अच्छी बातचीत करने की क्षमता। कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान (जैसे ईमेल देखना, ऑर्डर चेक करना, ब्राउज़र इस्तेमाल करना)। नए काम सीखने और स्टोर में अलग-अलग जिम्मेदारियाँ निभाने की इच्छा। स्थानीय भाषा का ज्ञान होना लाभदायक रहेगा। पहले से रिटेल या ग्रोसरी शॉप का अनुभव हो तो अच्छा रहेगा, लेकिन अनिवार्य नहीं है।
