✅ Btech/ITI/Diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, etc.
✅ Freshers are welcome | Experience is a plus✅ Willingness to work in a plant environment✅ Basic understanding of machines, maintenance, or production is a bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and ensure smooth plant operationsMonitor machinery and coordinate with maintenance staffMaintain shift records, stock logs, and basic documentationEnsure safety and discipline among workersReport to production manager with regular updates
