Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through cold calling, managing existing clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and converting potential prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential and relevant clients to generate new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Manage and update the CRM/database with accurate client information and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt support with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Commerce).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong convincing ability and confidence in cold calling.
  • Smart, presentable personality with good understanding and learning skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or client handling roles.
  • Experience in industrial products, automation, or building material sector will be an added advantage.
