Job Title :System Architect Salesforce CG Cloud (Support)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce System Architect to provide expert-level support for our Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud platform, with a particular focus on Trade Promotion Management and Key Account Management modules.

In this support-focused role, you will ensure the ongoing smooth operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of the TPM & KAM application.

This role will act as a key point of contact for resolving issues, managing incidents, and enhancing the platform’s functionality, all while maintaining alignment with business goals and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and support for the Salesforce TPM& KAM application

Act as the primary point of contact for escalated support tickets, investigating and resolving issues related to TPM & KAM

Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to maintain optimal platform performance and user experience.

Ensure proper resolution of production issues and collaborate with the development and admin teams for any required system fixes or enhancements.

Review and resolve data integrity issues, working with business users and different areas in GTO to identify root causes and recommend improvements for long-term system stability.

Perform system maintenance activities, including routine updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure the TPP application operates seamlessly.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues with external systems (ERP, TPM tools, analytics platforms) tied to the TPP application.

Work closely with functional teams, business users, and product owners to assist with user adoption, training, and knowledge sharing for existing TPP functionality.

Evaluate platform health, tracking system performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvement.

Document support processes, known issues, and solutions in the knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.

Provide ongoing support for post-deployment maintenance, including monitoring system enhancements, troubleshooting, and upgrading TPP capabilities.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, applying relevant updates and patches as needed to keep the system current.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, support, or architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

Proven experience in supporting TPM/TPP processes such as promotion execution, fund management, claim management, and performance evaluation within the Consumer Goods industry.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service, Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft, and Salesforce integration tools (including API management and data integration).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security models, and process automation.

Experience managing support tickets and working with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues quickly.

Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and deliver actionable solutions in a timely manner.

Ability to review and support Apex based customizations in collaboration with the development team.

Strong knowledge of declarative automation tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes to support and optimize TPM business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, or Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.
