Role & responsibilities Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our team. As a Senior PCB Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various electronic products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system architects, and product managers, to ensure that designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability standards. This is a key position for someone looking to take their PCB design expertise to the next level in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing new PCB for Digital, Analog, Mixed signal and Power electronics embedded system. 2. Perform component placement and determine wire routing considering manufacturing aspect. 3. PCB stackup selection and calculations. 4. Prepare PCB model and verify mechanical outline files with mechanical team. 5. Perform PCB Design, Testing and analyze test report. 6. Co-ordination with PCB fabrication and assembly vendor. 7. Documentation for PCB fabrication and assembly like Gerber files, Fabrication details and assembly drawings. 8. Coordinate with cross functional team for detailed requirement. Qualification and Experience: 1. BE/BTec Electronics or equivalent ( 7 8 years of Exp) Requirements and Skills: 1. Worked extensively on complex multi layer high density layout design. 2. PCB Layout design for Digital, Analog, mixed signal and high power board design. 3. Designed board with controlled impedance traces and differential pair with matched trace length. 4. Must have good understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for assembly and Design for Testability. 5. Library development including schematic symbol and PCB footprint as per IPC standard. 6. Sound knowledge of DRC rule & concept, PCB design guidelines for EMI/EMC and isolation safety. 7. Must have experience working with internal and external team. 8. Strong analytical and problem solving skill. 9. Good verbal and written communication skill. Software Tools: 1. Altium Designer
