The role requires deep expertise in automotive hiring, strong stakeholder management, and exceptional negotiation skills to close positions effectively within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Lifecycle Management Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for mid-to-senior level positions. Drive proactive engagement with candidates, including salary negotiations and offer rollouts. Ensure seamless onboarding and superior candidate experience. 2. Automotive Hiring Expertise Build and execute specialized hiring strategies to attract top talent from the automotive industry . Source candidates for roles in R&D, Embedded Systems, Powertrain, ADAS, Infotainment, Testing, and Validation . Develop strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, industry mapping, and headhunting. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Workforce Planning Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align hiring plans. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E / B.Tech in Engineering with MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically focused on automotive industry hiring. Strong headhunting and market mapping skills for niche and senior roles. Excellent negotiation skills for salary discussions and offer finalizations. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS tools, and networking channels. Preferred Skills Deep knowledge of automotive talent pool and industry practices.
