Role & responsibilities Accounts & Project Coordination Coordinate and function as liaison between technical, finance, purchase, admin and HR teams as required creation of WO, IR,'s ERs, raise RFP's, regular revenue, WIP and inter-company postings for concerned departments. Creation of Invoice, Follow-up for Payments Knowledge of tools like SAP Ensure all deadlines for closing released every month by finance and documentary requirements for posting shipments/invoicing etc Coordinate department projects and support purchase team with vendor management, generating PO's, ensuring timely payment etc Coordinate with admin department for booking Hotel/flight/taxi, logistics for outdoor testing activities Quality management audits, ensure the SOP Import/export coordination with headquarters (Spain), ATA carnet etc Provide any other admin support to the technical department We encourage female candidates to apply.The automotive sector values diversity and offers exciting opportunities for professionals of all genders.
