Project Manager & Site Supervisors: Qualification: Graduate Any discipline Experience: 5 years Role: A Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. They are responsible for planning, executing, and managing the project, as well as managing resources, stakeholders, and risks. Site Supervisors, on the other hand, focus on the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring work progresses according to the schedule, quality standards are met, and safety regulations are followed.
