About the Role:
Sharayu Toyota, a leading automobile dealership in Goa, is hiring a Job Controller to manage and coordinate daily workshop operations at our Verna branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in job control, workshop supervision, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workshop activities and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
• Assign and distribute repair orders with expected job completion times
• Ensure technicians have the necessary tools and resources to complete assigned tasks
• Monitor and record causes of repeat repairs and take corrective action
• Coordinate between service advisors and technicians to meet production and quality targets

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in automobile workshop operations or job control
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile
• Gender: Male
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of workshop procedures and technical standards
