JMeter Load Tester

Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled JMeter Expert with at least 4 years of experience in performance testing using JMeter. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and executing performance test scripts to ensure robust system scalability and reliability. The role requires working closely with development and QA teams to analyze performance issues and optimize application performance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter. Analyze system behavior under various load conditions and identify bottlenecks. Collaborate with developers & QA engineers to ensure requirements are met. Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports with recommendations. Optimize test scripts and infrastructure to improve performance testing efficiency. Work on distributed load testing and integrate JMeter with CI/CD pipelines. Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot performance issues across various applications. Stay updated with the latest JMeter features, plugins, and best practices. Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter in performance testing. Strong expertise in load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing. Distributed load testing and integrating JMeter with CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in scripting and parameterization in JMeter. Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, & suggest improvements. Experience in monitoring tools like New Relic, Grafana, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud-based performance testing tools. Knowledge of APM tools and log analysis. Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
