Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory and product portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in urology, oncology,neurology therapy areas.
• Execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, nephrologists, and hospital administrators.
• Engage KOLs and manage key accounts to ensure continuous business growth.
• Conduct scientific discussions and therapy updates with healthcare professionals.

• Clinical & Technical Support:

• Provide product demonstrations, in-clinic support, and training to healthcare teams.
• Support physicians during product use or therapy implementation where required.
• Ensure accurate dissemination of scientific and clinical information
