Jira Administrator+Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the administration and development of JIRA, focusing on configuring and maintaining JIRA projects, workflows, and permission schemes. Additionally, you will be involved in developing custom scripts, extending JIRA REST APIs, and building custom dashboards and reports for performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and issue type schemes. - Manage user access, roles, and security settings. - Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with SLAs. - Install, upgrade, and manage JIRA plugins and add-ons. - Develop custom scripts and automation rules using Groovy, Java, or ScriptRunner. - Extend JIRA REST APIs for integrations with other tools (e.g., ServiceNow, GitHub, Jenkins). - Build custom dashboards, reports, and gadgets for performance tracking and analytics. - Create and maintain Confluence spaces and templates for documentation and collaboration. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Bamboo. - Integrate JIRA with other enterprise systems and productivity tools. - Collaborate with software developers, QA, and DevOps teams to align JIRA workflows with SDLC. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JIRA and its integrations. - Support Agile and non-Agile project management methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 4-12 years of experience as a JIRA Administrator and Developer. - Proficiency in Groovy, Java, or ScriptRunner for developing custom scripts. - Experience in integrating JIRA with other enterprise systems and tools. - Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,
