Jira Administrator+Developer

You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of Jira Administrator+Developer: Role Overview: As a Jira Administrator+Developer, you will be involved in the configuration and maintenance of JIRA projects, workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and issue type schemes. Additionally, you will manage user access, roles, security settings, and monitor system performance to ensure compliance with SLAs. Providing support and training to end-users and project teams will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to maintain documentation and runbooks for JIRA configurations and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and issue type schemes. - Manage user access, roles, and security settings. - Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with SLAs. - Install, upgrade, and manage JIRA plugins and add-ons. - Provide support and training to end-users and project teams. - Develop custom scripts and automation rules using Groovy, Java, or ScriptRunner. - Extend JIRA REST APIs for integrations with other tools (e.g., ServiceNow, GitHub, Jenkins). - Build custom dashboards, reports, and gadgets for performance tracking and analytics. - Create and maintain Confluence spaces and templates for documentation and collaboration. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Bamboo. - Integrate JIRA with other enterprise systems and productivity tools. - Collaborate with software developers, QA, and DevOps teams to align JIRA workflows with SDLC. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JIRA and its integrations. - Support Agile and non-Agile project management methodologies.
