Jio Point Manager (Field Sales)

As a Jio Point Manager, your role will involve developing the Jio point market in locations such as Dindigul, Dharmapuri, Karur, Salem, and Tiruchengode. You will be responsible for achieving acquisition and revenue targets, identifying and onboarding channel partners, servicing retailers as per beat plan, ensuring stock availability and visibility in retail outlets, maintaining supply chain stability, ensuring daily cash deposit, and monitoring, evaluating, and training the team and channel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Jio point market - Achieve acquisition and revenue targets - Identify and onboard channel partners - Service retailers as per beat plan - Ensure stock availability and visibility in retail outlets - Maintain supply chain stability - Ensure daily cash deposit - Monitor, evaluate, and train the team and channel partners Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with the territory - Product sales knowledge - Entrepreneurial skills - Distribution handling skills - People management skills - Training skills - Cash handling skills - Problem-solving skills - Technical orientation If you possess an educational qualification of any degree or diploma and have 2 to 5 years of experience, you may be the ideal candidate for this role. The salary range for this position is INR 3.4 Lakhs/Annum, and the working schedule is 6 days a week for a full-time, permanent job type.
