Jewelry Sales Associate

As a Jewelry Sales Associate for the brands Almaasq and Titan World, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, providing detailed information about products, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will be full-time and on-site, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills to cater to the diverse needs of our clientele. To excel in this position, you should have a strong knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and watches. Familiarity with lab grown diamonds would be an added advantage. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, coupled with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, will be key to your success. While previous retail or sales experience is considered a plus, we value individuals with a passion for jewelry and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
