Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
  • Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Manage store operations including inventory control, billing accuracy, and display management.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, promotional events, and product launches.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in

    retail jewellery sales

    or luxury brand management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of diamonds, gold, and gemstone products (certification preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
