Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery TeleSales professional, located in Mumbai. The role involves contacting prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery options, and closing sales. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer records, handling inbound queries, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Prior experience in the jewellery industry is beneficial
