Staying updated on the latest jewelry trends and understanding customer preferences are also key aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on jewelry selection and answering their questions.
- Sales Generation:Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting jewelry products and services.
- Product Knowledge:Maintain a comprehensive understanding of jewelry materials, designs, and trends to effectively advise customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Showroom Presentation:Ensure the showroom is well-presented, with attractive displays and a clean environment.
- Inventory Management:Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Transaction Processing:Accurately process sales transactions and manage customer returns or exchanges.
- Complaint Handling:Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
