The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products at the counter. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Maintain product knowledge and be up to date with current promotions and offers. Ensure the counter is well-maintained, clean, and stocked. Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's performance. Maintain accurate billing and follow company protocols.
