Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and needs. Provide product knowledge and advise customers on jewellery features, care, and styling. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain store visual merchandising, ensuring jewellery is displayed attractively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business. Assist in stock management, inventory, and restocking of jewellery items. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Stay updated on current jewellery trends, product offerings, and promotional activities.
