Roles and Responsibilities Manage counter sales activities, including handling customer queries and providing product information. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Increase sales revenue by cross-selling and upselling jewelry products to existing clients. Maintain a high level of knowledge about jewelry products, trends, and market developments. Ensure timely completion of daily tasks, meeting targets set by management. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in retail sales or related field. Strong understanding of jewellery kknowledge, including gemstones, metalsmithing techniques, etc. . Excellent customer handling skills with ability to build rapport quickly. Proven track record in increasing sales performance through effective selling strategies.
