Jewellery Exhibition Manager

As the Jewellery Exhibition Manager based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, with 7-10 years of experience in a similar field, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions for domestic markets. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of exhibition logistics, effective vendor and stakeholder management, as well as a profound understanding of audience engagement strategies. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all exhibitions meet brand standards and provide an exceptional experience to attendees. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for exhibitions that align with the organization's goals, selecting suitable venues, establishing objectives and KPIs for each exhibition, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance attendee engagement. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the budget for each exhibition, tracking expenditures, maintaining financial records, and implementing cost-saving strategies where applicable. In terms of logistics and operations, you will oversee the shipping, setup, and teardown of exhibition materials in collaboration with vendors and contractors, coordinate with suppliers for equipment and AV setup, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards at all venues. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts, maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, collaborate with internal teams to align with exhibition goals, and manage external partners such as logistics companies and transportation providers.
