Key Responsibilities

• Be the Accountability Partner: Ensure our Diamond & Quantum members

take action and stay on track with their growth goals.

• Coach & Guide: Help them implement acquisition funnels, retention

strategies, digital dominance playbooks, and retail systems.

• Engage & Inspire: Run check-ins, track wins, and keep our communities

buzzing with energy and execution.

• Consult & Support: Share practical insights on lead generation,

performance marketing, and digital business growth.

• Collaborate Closely with Shripal Gandhi: Work directly with the founder to

deliver breakthrough results for India’s top jewellers.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years’ experience in consulting, coaching, client success, or digital

marketing.

• Strong knowledge of digital funnels, performance marketing, and

retention systems.

• Exposure to retail/jewellery/e-commerce industry is a big plus.

• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi).

• A natural coach—someone who can motivate, follow up, and push people

to execute.

• Hungry to learn, grow, and become a top-tier business coach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
