Coach & Guide: Help them implement acquisition funnels, retention strategies, digital dominance playbooks, and retail systems. 2 Engage & Inspire: Run check-ins, track wins, and keep our communities buzzing with energy and execution. Consult & Support: Share practical insights on lead generation, performance marketing, and digital business growth. Collaborate Closely with Shripal Gandhi: Work directly with the founder to deliver breakthrough results for India’s top jewellers. Qualifications & Skills 2–5 years’ experience in consulting, coaching, client success, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of digital funnels, performance marketing, and retention systems. Exposure to retail/jewellery/e-commerce industry is a big plus. Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi). A natural coach—someone who can motivate, follow up, and push people to execute.
