Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs and preferences. Showcase and explain gold jewellery collections, highlighting features, craftsmanship, and value. Provide personalized styling and product recommendations. Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support with professionalism. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth. Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery pieces. Maintain product knowledge, including gold purity, designs, pricing, and current market trends. Process billing, documentation, and assist with EMI/financing options if applicable. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and repeat business. Coordinate with the store manager for stock updates and merchandising. RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales (gold/jewellery experience preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages. Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with patience and empathy. Basic knowledge of jewellery (karat, weight, purity, hallmarking) is an advantage. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-player mindset. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
