JEE Faculty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced JEE Faculty Member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for JEE Mains and Advanced, with a deep subject command, engaging teaching style, and a strong commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures in Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry for JEE Mains & Advanced preparation.
• Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assignments, and mock tests.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide individual attention when required.
• Analyze students’ performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest JEE exam patterns, trends, and syllabus changes.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure top teaching standards.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a reputed institute.
• Prior teaching experience in JEE coaching (Mains/Advanced) is mandatory.
• Strong conceptual clarity and ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Alumni of IITs/NITs/BITS or other top-tier institutions.
• Experience with online teaching platforms/tools is a plus.
