Summary:

Role & responsibilities:

Execution of works according to the design and drawings.

Experience in execution of High-rise buildings / Residential buildings / commercial buildings

Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for all structures based on site conditions and drawings.

Coordinate with various teams including design, manufacturing, construction and maintenance team to ensure project goals are met.

Execution of all activity of building works like start to finishing.

Responsible for report to Project Manager for the Arrangement of work.

Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress on site.

Coordination with consultants and the sub-contractors for technical, quality and progress.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.

Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations.

Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.

Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site.

Calculate material usage, manpower requirement and estimate delivery date to achieve progress target.

Handling paper works and maintaining good administrative record, prepare site progress report.

Check and inform consultants of any errors or discrepancies in the construction drawings

Effective communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
