JDA WFM Support Consultant

TCS is hiring for JDA WFM Support Consultant Role!!

exp: 4 to 8 years

Location: PAN INDIA

Must-Have

• 6 - 12 years of JDA WFM with experience of support and enhancements

• Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Page builder, Reports and labels

• Strong experience in integration of JDA WFM with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect

• Provide a functional support to BAU activities as well , product configuration, trouble shooting, batch monitoring etc etc.

• Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse setup etc

• Knowledge of integration of T&A

• Knowledge of WFM architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WFM

• Knowledge of support process ,SLAs etc

• Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines

• Basic knowledge of TMS

Good-to-Have

• Strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in support project and customer facing roles

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation)
