Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge to handle various maintenance tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical issues
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed
• Assist with residential painting projects
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
• Utilize schematics and logic controllers to diagnose issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facilities equipment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Strong mechanical knowledge to handle equipment repairs
• Basic electrical skills including the ability to use an ohmmeter
• Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with staff and residents
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
