Job Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge to handle various maintenance tasks. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical issues Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents Keep accurate records of maintenance performed Assist with residential painting projects Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment Utilize schematics and logic controllers to diagnose issues Conduct preventive maintenance on facilities equipment Qualifications Proficiency in English for effective communication Strong mechanical knowledge to handle equipment repairs Basic electrical skills including the ability to use an ohmmeter Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with staff and residents Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
