Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Present and promote solar panel solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Customer Engagement: Understand customer energy requirements and propose tailored solar energy solutions. Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and prepare customized proposals. Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand. Provide actionable feedback to the marketing and product development teams. Identify new business opportunities and growth areas within the assigned region. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed quotations, contracts, and sales agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team. Collaboration: Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and marketing events to foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within renewable energy or related industries. S trong knowledge of solar energy systems, their benefits, and market dynamics. Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Compensation: Competitive salary package. Petrol Allowance: 3 per kilometer .
