About the Role: Jawa EdTech is seeking a visionary Lead Scientist in Chemistry who can drive end-to-end research and innovation — similar to how a tech product is built from idea to launch. This role blends deep scientific research, product development, and mentorship, with a focus on solving real-world chemistry problems — such as discovering new compounds, developing functional formulations (e.g., cancer treatment, sugar alternatives), and guiding young minds in research-based learning.
