Job Title: Java Trainer / Developer Experience: 2 - 3 Years Location: Bangalore (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Company: EchoBrains (A Dextris Group Company) Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Trainer/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java programming and be equally enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring aspiring software engineers. You will contribute to both development projects and training programs, helping shape the next generation of tech talent. Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-depth Java training sessions (Core & Advanced) to students and professionals. Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments as per industry trends. Mentor students on real-time projects, ensuring hands-on learning and skill development. Contribute to internal Java-based software development projects, as required. Conduct code reviews, debugging sessions, and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry practices. Collaborate with the academic team to design project-based learning modules. Track learner progress and provide guidance to improve learning outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 23 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading. Experience with JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and frameworks like Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate. Good understanding of REST APIs and web technologies. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Preferred Skills: Exposure to frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Prior experience as a technical trainer or mentor is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Git, and Maven. Knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
