About the Role

Trainee Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
  
• Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, and analysts) to deliver high-quality software.
  
• Support in unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and frameworks.
  
• Document development processes, code changes, and system improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Basic understanding of

  Core Java

  , OOP concepts, and data structures.
• Familiarity with

  Java frameworks

  such as Spring / Hibernate (good to have).
• Knowledge of

  SQL / databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Basic understanding of

  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve coding skills.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Internship or project experience in Java or web application development.
  
• Understanding of RESTful APIs or microservices.
  
• Exposure to version control tools like

  Git
