Role Overview: As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements, are scalable, and align with industry best practices. You will provide guidance and support to multiple Scrum teams, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs, and oversee technical aspects to ensure solutions are technically sound and scalable. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, are scalable, and align with industry best practices. - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to multiple Scrum teams to ensure they work efficiently and effectively. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time. - Work closely with program managers to properly plan, execute, and deliver projects. - Provide technical oversight and guidance to Scrum teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and scalable. - Allocate resources effectively to ensure teams have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality solutions. - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks to ensure on-time delivery of solutions. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to implement changes for efficiency. - Develop and track key metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure Java code is written to the highest standards and follow industry best practices. - Collaborate with the Java engineering team to develop and maintain a comprehensive Java technology roadmap. - Develop and maintain a set of best practices for Java engineering, including coding standards and design patterns. - Provide training and guidance to the engineering team on best practices. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in software development, focusing on Java and React. - Strong understanding of the Java ecosystem, including Spring, Hibernate, and Java 8+ features. - Proficiency in React, including Redux, React Hooks, and modern front-end development best practices. - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization. - Familiarity with GitHub Co-Pilot and other AI-powered coding tools. - 3+ years of experience leading Scrum teams with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,
