Job Description

Required Qualifications: BE / B. Tech in Computer Science / IT from a reputed institute. A minimum of 7 years of professional Java development experience, including proven leadership in a technical lead role. Strong expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a diverse technical team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing SaaS products and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of RESTful API development, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and integration of full-stack solutions. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or Agile frameworks.
