Java Technical Lead

You are a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead being sought by Watsoo Express Pvt. Ltd. to join their growing tech team. You should have a deep expertise in Java development, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable applications. In this role, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of Java developers on enterprise-level projects, architecting, designing, and developing high-performance, scalable applications, ensuring code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, mentoring junior developers, conducting technical training sessions, driving technical innovation and continuous improvement, and participating in client discussions, requirement gathering, and effort estimations. To be successful in this position, you should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs, a strong understanding of microservices architecture, experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, proficiency in version control tools like Git, exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure will be a plus, excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and must be willing to work full-time from the Gurgaon office with no remote option.
