Java Technical Lead

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead with a strong background in Microservices architecture and enterprise-level software development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-quality, scalable software and collaborating in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java and Microservices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. Perform unit testing and ensure code quality through code reviews. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to story sizing, prioritization, and technical documentation. Provide on-call and warranty support post-deployment. Continuously improve application performance and stability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices. Required Skills: Minimum 8 years of experience in software development. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java and Microservices . At least 2 years of experience in Team handling. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Java , REST/SOAP Web Services , JSON/XML . Experience with CI/CD tools , Unix/Linux , and Agile methodologies . Familiarity with tools like Rally or similar project tracking systems. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
