Java Tech Lead
9-12 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and microservices/Hibernate with AngularProficient in Java, Spring Boot Microservices/Hibernate ,Angular and related technologiesFamiliarity with API management and documentation toolsKnowledge of Relational Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational database (any of Cassandra, Couch DB, Mongo DB, H-Base) experienceDeep understanding and hands on experience of Programming conceptsOOPS, Design principles and patterns, Architecture, TDD, automation, best practices, etcExperience on Elastic Search, Kafka, Redis, DockerExperience in Cloud environment - AWS, GCP, AzureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentRuby on Rails or Java Developer 6+ years of experience
Expert experience in coding using languages and frameworks such as Java 21 with Spring Boot or Ruby on Rails 7 with ERB.Advanced understanding of domain driven design and object-oriented programming.Intermediate or above understanding of front-end technologies like Angular and React, TypeScript, HTML and server-side CSS pre-processors is highly recommended.Advanced experience with RESTful APIs, ActiveRecords and RSpec or Hibernate and JUnitAdvanced understanding of web security concepts like OIDC, SSL and role-based security is recommended.Good communication and interpersonal skills, ideally experienced with working in intercultural teams.Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1.
