Java Spring Boot Developer

Role Overview: As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services using Java (Spring Boot) to support high-throughput transaction systems. Your role will involve implementing non-blocking, asynchronous processing using tools like Reactive Programming (WebFlux/Project Reactor) and developing secure, robust, and scalable RESTful APIs. It will be crucial for you to ensure thread safety, connection pooling, fault-tolerant design, and optimizing JVM performance for high-concurrency loads. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Java (Spring Boot) for high-throughput transaction systems - Implement non-blocking, asynchronous processing using Reactive Programming tools like WebFlux/Project Reactor - Develop secure, robust, and scalable RESTful APIs - Ensure thread safety, connection pooling, and fault-tolerant design - Optimize JVM performance, garbage collection, and resource utilization for high-concurrency loads - Manage distributed transactions, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architecture - Design and maintain database models for high-speed storage/retrieval (MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL) - Perform load testing, stress testing, and fine-tune performance bottlenecks - Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization (Docker/K8s), and autoscaling in production - Implement security standards (PCI-DSS, OAuth2, JWT) and fraud detection patterns Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Java backend development with strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux/MVC - High concurrency and multithreading principles - Experience with Reactive Programming (Reactor, RxJava) - Knowledge of non-blocking I/O, thread pools, and performance tuning - REST API design and development - Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, or any NoSQL/SQL DB - Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems - Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines - Strong understanding of microservices architecture (Note: Omitting "What We Offer" section as it is not relevant to the Job Description),
