Location: Noida , India (Hybrid) Were looking for a seasoned backend engineer to lead the development of scalable, event-driven systems in a cloud-native environment. Youll be part of a high-impact team driving architecture, performance, and reliability across our distributed applications. ???? Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot Develop reactive applications leveraging Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor Architect event-driven systems with Kafka and Azure Event Hub Partner with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in AWS and Azure Create secure and high-performance REST APIs for real-time services Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices Own system reliability through observability , tracing , and logging ? Required Qualifications 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem Expertise in reactive programming and non-blocking I/O Proven experience with Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Streams) Hands-on with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS/SQS) or Azure Event Hub and SDKs Skilled in building distributed systems that scale and perform Deep understanding of RESTful architecture , async programming , and system design patterns Familiar with microservices testing strategies such as contract testing, mocking, and test containers Working knowledge of Docker ; experience with Kubernetes is a plus ? Preferred Qualifications Experience using observability tools like Grafana , Prometheus , ELK , or Datadog Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Agile team experience Working knowledge Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
