Java Solution Architect in Insurance Domain

As a seasoned Solution Architect with strong experience in Java-based enterprise solutions and a background in the insurance domain, your role will involve designing end-to-end solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and security. You will be responsible for integrating new systems with existing legacy platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, enterprise architects, and DevOps. Your guidance and mentorship to development teams in design and implementation will be crucial, along with driving DevOps practices and ensuring best-in-class CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. - Integrate new systems with existing legacy platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, enterprise architects, and DevOps. - Guide and mentor development teams in design and implementation. - Drive DevOps practices and ensure best-in-class CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications Required: - 13-16 years of hands-on design and architecture experience. - Strong background in Java, Microservices, and cloud-native development (preferably AWS). - Proven experience in integrating with legacy systems. - Proficiency in DevOps toolchains like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, SonarQube. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Prior work experience in the insurance or financial services domain. In addition to the above, it would be beneficial to have experience with TDD/BDD, exposure to application/API security practices, and familiarity with cloud cost optimization and observability.,
