Java React Fullstack Engineer

As a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering backend layers tailored to frontend applications. Your expertise in Node.js, serverless, and AWS will be essential in ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of our systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain BFF services for frontend applications. - Implement RESTful APIs and enforce standards. - Build serverless functions with AWS Lambda (or equivalent). - Manage IAM, S3, and AWS CloudFormation for secure infrastructure. - Optimize APIs with caching strategies. - Automate deployments using GitLab CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure API security, monitoring, and observability. - Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and architecture teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Node.js with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills. - Proficiency in AWS Lambda & serverless fundamentals. - Familiarity with AWS basics (IAM, S3). - Strong understanding of REST API principles. - Knowledge of BFF pattern. - Experience with CI/CD (GitLab Actions). - Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation. - Understanding of security best practices. - Experience with caching strategies (in-memory/distributed). If you possess additional qualifications beyond the required ones, such as GraphQL schema design, AWS AppSync, Advanced AppSync authorization, AWS X-Ray, or CloudWatch, they would be considered a plus in your role as a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) Engineer within our team.,
