Job Description

About Position:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications. You will be working closely with our team of designers and developers to create high-quality, efficient code that enhances user experience.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement stateless Spring Boot microservices with clear API contracts and OpenAI/Swagger documentation.
Apply microservices patterns: service discovery, API gateway, circuit breaker, retry/backoff, bulkhead, and idempotency for safe retries
Implement secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT), RBAC, and policy enforcement via Spring Security. ? Build robust data access layers using JPA/Hibernate, manage transactions, pagination, and optimistic/pessimistic locking.
Optimize performance: caching (Redis), connection pooling, async processing (Completable Future, Spring @Async), and batch workloads.
Build modular, performant React apps using functional components, hooks, and modern patterns (Context, custom hooks)
Manage state with Redux Toolkit or React Query/Zustand; implement data caching, optimistic updates, and error boundaries. ? Implement routing (React Router), guards, and API integration with robust HTTP clients (Axios/fetch) and interceptors.
Optimize performance: code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, avoiding unnecessary re-renders, Lighthouse tuning. ? Build design-system-driven UI (Material UI/AntD/Tailwind) with consistent theming and reusable components.
Conduct code/design reviews, uphold SOLID, clean code, and domain-driven design (DDD) where appropriate. ? Partner with Product, QA, Security, and Platform teams to deliver features on time with clear documentation.
Mentor junior engineers, set technical direction for epics, and own production stability and performance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Core Java (8/11+): collections, concurrency, streams, functional programming.
Microservices architecture
Testing: JUnit/Mockito/Test containers; Jest/RTL; E2E (Cypress/Playwright).
Security & Compliance: OWASP Top 10, secure coding, secrets management, TLS/SSL
Team Lead to manage a team of at least 6-8 people
