Java Project Manager

You should have 10-15 years of experience. You must have 1 or 2 project execution experiences in Java within the Banking domain. Prior experience in managing Java projects is essential. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required, along with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management, project planning, and people and team building skills. You should have a minimum of 10 years of career experience, with at least 3 years as a developer and 5 years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approach. Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints is necessary. You should also be capable of determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Experience with JIRA and JIRA Agile is preferred.
